Advised Eurobank in relation to its acquistion of the iconic 65 Kifissias Avenue building from Dimand

The new governance structure improved stakeholder trust and positioned the company for future growth.

We are proud to have advised Eurobank (acting via Grivalia Management Company) on the share acquisition by DIMAND S.A. of the entity owning the iconic property at 65 Leoforos Kifissias Avenue, which now houses PwC's new Athens headquarters.

This landmark building, spanning 22,550 sq.m., was constructed by GEK TERNA Group of Companies and is distinguished by its cutting-edge architectural design and sustainability features. Certified with LEED Gold and WELL, it stands as a benchmark for modern, sustainable development in Athens and aligns seamlessly with Eurobank’s vision for excellence and forward-thinking investments.

Our dedicated team—Pavlos Masouros, Antonis Nikolaidis, and Thomas Georgiou—provided end-to-end legal counsel on this high-profile transaction, demonstrating our expertise in advising on complex M&A deals within Greece’s thriving real estate sector.

Congratulations to all parties involved on this outstanding achievement!
