Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos is now welcoming guests at Kalo Livadi Bay, expanding the group’s presence in Greece alongside Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens.
Masouros & Partners advised Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts on the legal work supporting the opening. During the months leading to launch, the firm advised on the legal issues accompanying the hotel’s development and transition into operation, working across the commercial, operational, compliance and employment requirements that had to be completed against the opening timetable.
Designed by acclaimed Greek architect Nicos Valsamakis, the six-hectare property is arranged in the style of a Mykonian village. It comprises 94 rooms, suites and villas, many with private plunge pools, as well as a private beach, two infinity pools, a spa and four dining and bar venues. The hotel becomes the second Four Seasons property in Greece.
