Masouros & Partners has proudly advised the Seller in the 100% share acquisition of PaymentComponents by ACI Worldwide, a Nasdaq-listed global leader in real-time payments software. The transaction marks a significant milestone in the European fintech landscape, enhancing ACI’s technology capabilities through the integration of Payment Components’ solutions.
