Masouros & Partners advised Colossos SA in relation to its announced agreement with MGallery Collection, Accor’s boutique hotel collection, for the creation of MGallery Rhodes, a new adults-only beachfront luxury resort in Kallithea, Rhodes.
The resort is scheduled to open in spring 2027 and is expected to add a new international luxury hospitality offering to one of Greece’s most established island destinations. MGallery Rhodes will include 222 rooms, suites and bungalows, private pools, wellness facilities, restaurants, leisure amenities and direct access to the sea.
The project brings together international hotel branding, Greek island real estate, long-term hospitality operations and owner-side investment strategy. Masouros & Partners advised Colossos SA on the franchise and consultancy agreements.
The Masouros & Partners team was led by Prof. Dr. Pavlos E. Masouros, LL.M. (Harvard), supported by Associate, Dimitris Marmarotouris.
Commenting on the matter, Prof. Dr. Pavlos E. Masouros said; “Luxury hospitality projects of this nature require legal architecture that can hold together ownership, brand value, operational risk and long-term commercial alignment. We are pleased to have advised Colossos SA on a project that reflects the continued evolution of Rhodes as an international hospitality destination.”
