Masouros & Partners advises Mega Brokers on acquisition of Deal Insurance

Masouros & Partners advised Mega Brokers, a member of the global fintech group Acrisure, on its acquisition of 100% of the equity interests in Deal Insurance, one of Crete’s largest insurance agencies.

The acquisition strengthens Mega Brokers’ presence in Crete, where Deal Insurance has an established network of more than 50 partners and a significant position in the local insurance market. Mega Brokers is one of Greece’s leading providers of insurance and financial services, with a network of more than 1,550 partners serving over 330,000 insured clients.

The firm advised on all legal aspects of the transaction, from legal due diligence to the negotiation and execution of the transaction documentation.

The team was led by Partner Antonis Nikolaidis, assisted by Associate Dimitris Marmarotouris, with Senior Associate Thomas Georgiou advising on employment law matters.
